Thank you for shopping with Techno Bear. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to assist you.

3. Returns

  • Eligibility
      You may return any new product purchased from technobear.co that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 3 days of purchase. Technobear.co reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and deduct any percentage of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Technobear.co will not accept returns of any new product more than 3 days after you receive the shipment. New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.

      You have 3 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps

  • Request Return
  • Await Approval

Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address, if applicable.

  • Cost
      Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
  • Packaging
      Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time
      Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 45 days of approval.
  • Method
      Refunds will be issued to your bank directly when payment online is used. In case of cash on delivery the refund will be in the form of a voucher that can be used only on our website.
